**Problem Overview**: 
The system requires a simple workflow to manage contractors and job orders. Agents will upload job orders, contractors will search and apply for those jobs by submitting a work order, and agents will review, approve, and assign the work. Once assigned, contractors will initiate a work plan and share invoices after completion. 

This module will help streamline job allocation, approval, and tracking between agents and contractors. 

Expected Outcome: Design and implement a Contractor Job & Work Order Management module that supports contractor onboarding, job discovery, work order submission, approval, assignment, work planning, and invoicing.
